Magpie Literary Services believes in strong principles of social responsibility. We believe in making the world a better place through charitable contributions as well as through the medium of stories and creativity and, as we are owned and operated by disabled and LGBTQ staff, we understand the vital importance of community and support. 

We make quarterly donations from profits to the following charities: 
HSI is an international animal welfare organisation which, among several projects, works to end the dog meat trade. ProPublica is dedicated to free and independent investigative journalism in the public interest, and the Equal Justice Initiative campaigns to end US mass incarceration, and to challenge economic and racial injustice.
